How it works
- We will help you create a list of staff that can book travel tickets and their travel policy limits.
- We will then create your organisations unique booking portal, applying the relevant travel policy and send your staff logins.
- When your staff login to their personal profile for the first time, they will need to complete their profile. All profiles link back to your organisation's account.
- Any important and relevant messages will appear as a pop up, which once acknowledged can be closed.
- Staff will then book travel and will need to have journey details, date and times to hand.
- All available fares will be displayed, including any Route Deals you have negotiated directly with operators. All fares shown are the lowest market prices at the time of booking.
- Tickets are assigned to the account or credit/debit card, lodged/virtual card held on file.
- Staff can collect tickets from the machine at the station or download to their mobile phone or load onto the Abellio Corporate Travel smart card.
